I will be ensuring their objectives are aligned with their ambitions. • Weekly 15-Minute Zoom Call Accountability Sessions: Stay motivated and focused with weekly check-ins. These accountability sessions will help players stay on track, overcome challenges, and celebrate their progress. I will provide the guidance and support they need to maintain momentum and achieve their hockey goals. • Video Analysis with Voice Over Corrections: Submit 10 game or practice clips per week for in-depth video analysis. I will dissect their performances, identifying areas for improvement and offering insightful corrections. Through detailed voice-overs, I will guide them on specific adjustments, tactics, and strategies to elevate their game to the next level. • In-Person Game with Feedback: When they are playing in Nashville, I will come out to watch games, give detailed game reports and give feedback for areas of improvement. • Personal Development Book Curriculum: Our book will expand their knowledge and give valuable insight into game-day preparation techniques, how to cultivate confidence, how to set SMART goals, and traits coaches are looking for in players.
