Embody Hockey is a hockey development program founded by retired professional hockey player and development coach Jake Flegel. With a 6 year professional career and over 15 years of experience coaching at some of the top hockey development schools in Canada, Jake is dedicated to bringing his expertise and knowledge to Nashville.

 

At Embody Hockey, we believe that becoming a better hockey player involves coaching both on and off the ice. That's why we offer comprehensive on-ice training, as well as mentoring off the ice to promote personal growth and increase hockey IQ with video analysis and feedback.

 

While we are passionate about helping players reach their dreams of playing in the NHL, our focus goes beyond that. We are committed to creating good habits and being a role model in the community.
